The Register’s Accounting, Inc. provides daily accounting principles for Homeowners Associations (HOA’s). We also provide Notary Service to Arizona Residents.
The Register’s Accounting, Inc., became a corporation in 1998 with the knowledge and ability to provide quality accounting services to Choice Property Management (CPM). CPM was a property management company for Home Owners Association (HOA) in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Prior to the two teams coming together, CPM had over 20 years experience in the HOA management field and managed 12 HOA’s. After CPM and The Register’s Accounting started working together the number slowly increased in HOA’s to 16 properties. Since that time, The Register’s Accounting added a new business of a Notary Signing Agent in July 2002 and completed over 200 Notaries since that time.
Because of poor health of the owner of CPM, the business was sold in 2003. This left the Register’s Accounting in a slow down state.
A re-session started in 2004 and refinancing slowed down and became no longer profitable.
Now, with the economy gaining strength it’s time to continue the Register’s Accounting business to provide both Accounting and Notary services to the western Phoenix, Arizona area.
The Register’s Accounting, Inc. provides the following services to HOA’s;
Mobile Signing Agent is a Notary who travels to a customer, where the customer is unable or as a courtesy to the customer the Notary comes to them.
Examples of this are;
A Mobile Signing Agent, also provides Notary Services to Loan Companies requiring re-financing of Home Loans at the residence of the home owner.
